In today's rapidly evolving business landscape, fostering a strong company culture is more crucial than ever. With remote work, global teams, and the constant influx of new employees, how can we ensure that everyone feels connected, informed, and engaged? Internal podcasts hold the key.

By tuning in to this medium, HR professionals can play a pivotal role in enhancing company culture, fostering connections, and ensuring that every voice is heard. Explore explore how organizations can leverage the power of podcasting to strengthen company culture, enhance internal communication, and build a more engaged and informed workforce.

When we were kids, we (or, at least, me) were always being told to use our inside voices. Sometimes we were told this when we weren’t even indoors. We were always told we needed to speak more quietly, even if we were so excited we felt like we would burst if we didn’t yell it for the world to hear.

What is the topic that when you start speaking about it, you just simply can’t use your inside voice?

Knowing about that topic can make you an expert. But being an expert isn’t enough. We need to connect with our audience so they don’t only hear us, they listen to us.

In this session, I want to show you how to take that topic and turn it into your platform for thought leadership.

Podcasting has emerged as a game-changing platform for businesses to reach their target audience and establish a strong online presence. This session will delve into the various advantages of podcasting and how it can be effectively leveraged to drive growth, foster customer engagement, and boost brand loyalty. Attendees will gain practical knowledge on how and why they should be using podcasting in their marketing plan.

Being a great podcast guest is an art. Being a podcast guest that hosts want to invite back while also leveraging the marketing opportunity is a science.

In this session, I walk you through my 5 steps of guesting that bring value and expertise–rather than a sales pitch–and the preparation steps you can use to maximize your impact on your brand.

Using podcasting, speaking, and other avenues of thought leadership is a great way to spread the word about your business. But if you want to engage an audience rather than sound like an commercial, you need to lead with human connection. In this session, you’ll learn why your story is more valuable than your knowledge, how to choose and craft a story that connects, and how to turn those connections into business opportunities.

Podcast hosts and guests have the opportunity to capture audiences, spark conversations, and become thought leaders within their space. But in the age of Google and ChatGPT, sharing information is not enough–it can be found anywhere by anyone. If we want to be listened to, we need to be able to tell a compelling story.

Personal stories are a podcaster’s greatest asset. This session is designed to help you understand the power of storytelling, identify your own story, and learn the ways you can use it to grow your audience and your impact. We’ll focus on how you can utilize storytelling not just as a tool for engagement, but as a strategic element in authority marketing to differentiate yourself, articulate your vision, and solidify your expertise.

Whether on a podcast, conference stage, or in the pages of a book, thought leaders are constantly working to establish their authority within their field–but without a compelling, impactful story, their message will be lost among the noise.

This session will focus on the power of storytelling in establishing and amplifying thought leadership and authority in any field. We’ll focus on how thought leaders can utilize storytelling not just as a tool for engagement, but as a strategic element in authority marketing to differentiate themselves, articulate their vision, and solidify their expertise.

Branded podcasts are not just a medium for delivering content; they are also a goldmine for gathering valuable insights about your audience. These insights can be instrumental in shaping your marketing strategies, content creation, and even product development.

If you design your podcast effectively, the majority of your listeners will also be your target customers.

Podcasts can be incredibly useful if you don’t have a clear understanding of who your target customer is. Often, who we think we should target is not actually the group most likely to want our products and services.

Podcasts can offer many insights to help you understand who you should be talking to, why, and how.
